The tech keeps changing. The job has always been the same.

Understand people, make sense of complexity, and turn new possibilities into things that work.

I’ve seen this before.

My Career in Eras

  • Early digital and interactive design work for DreamWorks, Disneyland, Paramount, Oster, and PaRappa the Rapper.

    01

    1996-2000
    From industrial design to interactive

Trained in industrial design, drawn early to interaction. CSULB’s New Media Center led me into the emerging world of interactive design, creating early digital experiences for Disney, PlayStation, Sega, Mattel and DreamWorks.

  • Digital design work for Honda, FX Networks, Activision, and BIG Interactive, including HondaJet, ASIMO, and CRF450R experiences.

    02

    2000-2009
    The web becomes a platform

As the web expanded, so did the work: from websites to information architecture, mobile and apps. Led digital experiences for Honda, Mazda, Sony Pictures and other global brands as the web evolved from a destination into a platform.

  • Creative direction, product design, and brand work for ISBX and Science 37, including the NORA clinical trial platform and Science 37’s Nasdaq debut.

    03

    2009-2018
    From digital to product leadership

Joined ISBX in 2009, leading creative across brands, websites, mobile products and emerging platforms. At Science 37, evolved from Creative Director to Director of Product Design as the healthcare startup scaled toward becoming a public company.

  • Brand and product design work for Sierra Labs, ScaleHealth, Marbi, CYNQ, and ScareScore across healthcare, AI, and digital experiences.

    04

    2018-2026
    Products, brands, & ventures

Leading product, brand and creative direction across Sierra Labs, ScaleHealth and a range of startups and ventures. Helping founders and teams turn complex ideas into clear strategies, compelling brands and products people want to use.

Technology changes.
Human nature doesn’t.

AI will change how we work and what’s possible. The job remains the same: cut through complexity, find the human truth, and create what people value.
